Nothing deep here.

I got a bit further in Final Fantasy VII. I have Cid in my party now, so I am happy, as my favorite party is Cloud, Vincent, and Cid. Before Cid came along, Aerith was in his place, because she is also cool. Well, she will not be for long, however, as I am off to the City of the Ancients now, and everyone knows what happens there. Oh--I did make a screen shot of a picture that could possibly be used in a new layout for me: here. The Sleeping Forest is so pretty... I like it a lot. It feels very... shall I say, otherkin-ish.

I think I am going to buy the second season of Queer As Folk. The end of the first season was sort of a cliffhanger, and I want to know what happens next. I would like to see more of Melanie and Lindsay, actually. I hear that they get married soon. I hope so... Sigh, I want to be Lindsay. Well, without Brian, anyway. I am like Mel in that I think Brian is an ass, really. Now keep in mind that I have only seen season one, so I have not seen much... I believe season three is airing now (or did it already finish? ^_^;).

My father and some other guys are going to start an anime club for Springfield. If all they are playing is shounen anime, though, then I do not want to attend. I do not like a whole lot of shounen anime. I do not like Evangelion, which everyone seems to like. I do not like Trigun either. I do not like series that are one big long tournament, like Flame of Recca. I know, I know, you are thinking, "But Leah, you have Yu Yu Hakusho on your favorite movies section on your profile." Well, that is because I like the very beginning of the series, before the tournament nonsense came about. And I also love YYH doujinshi. I have tons of them. Youko Kurama and Hiei together are nice.

But, anyway, I like more shoujo anime. Shounen-ai stuff, definitely, and shoujo-ai, too. Aside from that stuff, I usually like just light-hearted stuff, like Sailor Moon, Fushigi Yuugi, and Fruits Basket. "But Leah," you say, "some of those are not that lighthearted." Well, they are to me! ^_^

Lizzy has not gotten on the computer in days. I have been waiting up until 2 AM-ish every night waiting to see if she will get on the computer. I wish should we have e-mailed me if she knew she was not going to be on. A "Sorry. Have things to do. Won't be on for a while. Bye" would have been fine. Or even a "Hi. I am maliciously ignoring you for a few days. Talk to you soon" would have done. Sigh.

I discovered the group Claire Voyant yesterday. They are so amazing. The lead singer's voice is beautiful.

Mom ordered me some clothes today: an ankle-length jean skirt, a light brown renaissance-style shirt, a black t-shirt that says "I love monsters" on it (heh), and a pair of sandals. Cool stuff. I hope everything comes before I go to Chicago. They should, though. I think I am leaving on the 25th or something like that, and I will not be back until the 29th.

My brother and I watched Aliens 2 today, which is rare, because Ian and I rarely do anything together. Ah, I remember when we had an Aliens game on the computer. It scarred me for life it was so scary ^_^;.

Update: 11:56 PM

I took some pictures of my brother Ian and I just now ^_^;. Here they are:
