Yet another layout.

Here is a new layout, at last. I like it. Hopefully I will be able to keep this one for a while without wanting to change it so quickly. The art page is not up yet, for I am still trying to find some place to host my art.

I added an Autobiography page because I did not think the D-land profile section gave enough information. How narcissistic of me.

Lizzy is off to Disneyland and will be gone for two weeks. Sigh. But this will give me a chance to really delve into the novels that I have to read for my English AP class. She, after all, has really been the reason I have been so slow in reading, for I am almost afraid to get off line, lest I miss her getting on the computer to talk with me.

My Unky Dave started the HMR 800 diet and he hates it. That is what I tried at first, and I hated it as well, so I switched over to Healthy Solutions which I like very much. He is probably going to switch over to that as well.

Marc agreed to be my friend. How exciting. I suppose I have two friends now. Ah, I must sound like such a loner or something, but I am really alright. My material possessions have been keeping me busy. I just received the A&E Horatio Hornblower mini-series, which is absolutely amazing so far. I have only watched the first two episodes, but I truly love it very much. I also just received the second season of Queer As Folk, and I have been watching then while I exercise. And they are perfect for that, because I exercise for 45 minutes every day, and each episode is just a bit longer than that. I just finished up with episode six.

I have a violin lesson tomorrow, but I am fairly confident because I have practiced my new song pretty hard. It is called "Perpetual Motion," and believe me, it is perpetual.

I just finished reading How To Read Literature Like a Professor by Thomas C. Foster, and I feel slightly more confident about picking out symbolism in literature now.

My dad and I are going to go to a car dealership on Saturday to see if we can find me a car. I want a little car... I always feel so nervous when I am driving our van. It is just so big, plus I do not like the brakes on the van. I have to push the pedal down pretty hard to get it to stop. I think my dad is used to that, but I am not. I like ultra-sensitive brakes, myself.

Ian has been playing Final Fantasy VII, but he is getting so frustrated with it. He complains that he keeps dying and dying, but I know it is because he does not level up. He is about ten levels below what I was at his current position in the game. Ah, well. And he insists that he is going to try to take on Emerald and Ruby Weapon. Bah. Even I, who levels up like crazy, would never dream on tackling those monsters.
