I have always loved Return to Oz, though. I used to watch it all the time when I was a child, and I watched it twice yesterday because I was really in the mood for it. Of course, the beginning really freaked me out when I was a kid, especially the screaming and moaning inside the institution, and Ozma saying that those sounds were from prisoners that had been damaged and locked in the cellar. After I saw that, whenever I wanted to listen to music, I would very cautiously put on headphones, somewhat frightened that electric currents would come out of them.

But movies like this are escapism for me. I live for escapism.

Oh, I did purchase those four movies I mentioned yesterday, but now I am broke. I am kind of interested in seeing the newer version of The Neverending Story because so many people say it is so horrible, but I think I will like it. I liked The Neverending Story III despite all of its cheesiness (C'mon... the Nasties?) so I am sure I will like this one just fine.

The Flight of Dragons is one that I have wanted for several years and I just never got around to buying it. Every time I watch my The Hobbit cartoon, I see a preview for it, and it just looks really neato.

As for the other two movies, But I'm a Cheerleader and Better Than Chocolate, I just wanted some shoujo-ai movies to watch. I really do not have many of them. The former is a comedy and the later is a serious movie, but I hear they are both really good.
