Meh...

Orientation today was depressing.

I talked with my mom a lot afterwards about, erm, stuff I shall not mention. Heh. She is the best.

And, knowing of my torments, she ordered me some CDs to, shall we say, brighten the spirits. How materialistic of us, I know, but eh. We do not deprive ourselves. Anyway, she got me the Two Towers soundtrack, a David Bowie CD, and a new age-y CD of some sort, called The Secret Garden, I think.

Ooh, which reminds me. I left my Varekai CD in the car. Damn it. And I wanted to listen to it tonight. Oh, well. I am not going back out to the garage again. It is moth-infested -_-.

I really needed yoga tonight. And it was great, as always. After class, my dad and I were browsing the little yoga/new age-y shop that is inside of the yoga building, and there is some really neat stuff there. I especially liked this one type of incense that was for sale. It was a flowery kind of incense, and it was very pleasant.

After yoga, we came home for a short while, then I went to violin class. My teacher told me that I am to perform in some... event of some sort in November. Yay me.

After violin, my dad and I went out for ice cream. That was nice.

I am about halfway through my college essay. I know, that is not really having a lot written or anything, but... I have like, 4 or 5 sentences, and I am half the way done -_-;;...

I read yesterday that Shakespeare based his A Midsummer Night's Dream off of a little tale in Geoffrey Chaucer's A Knight's Tale! How interesting is that! ^^;

Oh, I want to finish up watching my Templars video, but I have not gotten the chance to yet. I wish I had a history class this year. I love history. Sigh.
