Shopping

Today was just one of those days that required shopping. Despite the stereotypicality of it all, I am a woman and I like to shop. Some times I just have an urge, you know.

At any rate, from Pier One, I bought two glass candle holders, 6 ocean-scented candles, and some ocean-scented bubble bath.

From Game Stop, I bought a computer game called "The Mystery of the Mummy." It looks extremely short, but extremely interesting. It is made by The Adventure Company, the same group that made the Dracula games that I like so much. There are a few other games by them that I would like as well.

Then from Hot Topic, I bought a "Pirates of the Caribbean" t-shirt.

From the Disney Store, I bought a cute Stitch stuffed animal because he was on sale.

Yes, things that are on sale are especially appetizing to a shopaholic.

But it was fun. As I said, it was much needed. Ian went along with me, so I was not alone. We even rode the carousel in the mall together, which was kind of amusing.

Afterwards, I dropped Ian back off at home, and I then went to Oak Ridge Cemetery to take pictures for a project in my art class. I have this fascination with mausoleums, so I was checking those out. That cemetery has a certain feeling, a certain mood to it. I cannot explain it. There are no human words for it. But the day was ever so slightly overcast, so the pictures will hopefully turn out nice. It was really hot there, though, so I did not spend more than an hour there.

I have started to play "The Mystery of the Mummy," and it makes me think that I should have paid more attention to "Mummies Alive" -_-;. If I had more knowledge of these gods and goddesses, I would be able to zip through the game.

Then I would complain that it was too short, but that is beside the point.

I got "The Stitch Movie" for my birthday, and I have not had a chance to watch it yet, but my dad said he would watch it with me tonight. Hopefully it will not be bad.

Oh, I almost forgot. I saw "The Order" last night, and it was really, really, good. Hearing "heretical search for knowledge" is music to my ears, for I am a Gnostic. I really liked Alex's character.
