Anywho, I only have two more Foundation I yoga classes left, so on September 29th, I am going on to Foundation II. Those classes are only once a week, on Monday night, for an hour and a half. I have become accustomed to having classes twice a week, so I was rather disappointed with this. So I decided to sign up for a chakra class on Wednesdays, each class being 45 minutes. That will be better.
